To increase the likelihood of a scholarship and a higher amount, ask family and friends to donate and recommend your child for a scholarship (donors receive a dollar for dollar tax credit).* Also, email us at SpecialNeedsScholarships@gmail.com as many of these documents as possible (after submitting your application):

Disabled preschooler: an MET, IEP, or ISP from an Arizona public school and date of birth
Disabled K-12 student: an MET, IEP, ISP or 504 plan from an Arizona public school
Foster child: this Displaced Student Applicant Verification form
Dependent of someone in the military: a copy of orders showing stationed in Arizona
Student switching from public to private school: this Public School Enrollment Verification form
Proof of having attended private school continuously since last receiving a scholarship from an AZ school tuition organization (such as report cards or a letter from the school).
Awards from other school tuition organizations during school year 2026-27.

If you submitted these documents to SpecialNeedsScholarships.org in the past, you don't need to resubmit them.
